Store use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. We may refuse or cancel orders when necessary to prevent fraud, address errors, or comply with applicable law.

Products and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, images, and prices accurately. Product availability and pricing may change without notice. We may correct errors and will contact you if an error affects an order you placed.

Made-to-order products
Dumbitchery apparel is made to order through our fulfillment partners. Production begins quickly after an order is placed, so cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for approved purchases, taxes, and shipping charges.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to the destinations and at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.

Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Our made-to-order return and refund policy explains when replacements or refunds are available. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact help@dumbitchery.com promptly with your order number and photos.

Intellectual property
The Dumbitchery name, artwork, designs, text, graphics, and other site content belong to Dumbitchery or its licensors and may not be copied, sold, or used without permission.

Third-party services
We use third-party services, including Shopify and fulfillment providers, to operate the store, process payments, and produce or ship orders. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided for general use and may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumbitchery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
