Made to order
Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment, though timing can vary by product and demand.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before payment. Rates vary by item and destination, and items from different fulfillment groups may have combined shipping charges. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carriers, weather, holidays, and other delays can affect arrival.

Tracking and separate packages
We email tracking information when an item ships. Items in the same order may be packed and delivered separately, with separate tracking numbers.

Missing or delayed packages
If your order is missing or delayed, contact help@dumbitchery.com with your order number as soon as possible so we can investigate. Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date whenever possible.
